forget abt e past . forget abt e last entry . today's a much joyous day . a day of exercise . yet more imptly is e One hu introduced Himself as IUHGNOR . understand ? yes i noe u do . His face 4ever etched in my mind . or least for this one day .

the One taught well . climbed well . though onli jus graduated (NUS?) . He's got black large puppy eyes . with thick brows to complement . a charmin9 smile (or grin) . to-die-for muscles . the One's taller than me . i lie .

dynamic moves . swift swinging actions . scalin9 walls . suave restin9 poses .

did i tell of the One savin9 me fr pain ? hand gt caught in ATC (belay equip) . fren was belayin down . whole weight stuck btw my hand n ATC . ouch ouch ouch . He jumped on rope . lyk a monkey . cut some slack in e rope . hand freed . w/o bruises . w/o blood clots . ahhhz .

spent 7 hrs tgt . couldnt imagine it was e 1st n last time . tried 2 rmb all e details . only vaguely they appeared in my mind . haiz . another part of me flew away .

frankly , 1st half lesson was all theory . cld've jus slept thr , but u noe . i wldnt .

thn did Boulderin9 . meanin w/o harness . followed some route wif diff 5c . JJ went for 6a . his back muscles . all bulgin n visible . very strainin9 . even for JJ . the One cruise thr it lyk a kid openin presents . yay .

nxt , top rope climbin9 . i belayed JJ . nt tt heavy . onli gt slightly swept away . my turn wasnt too bad . hands n fingers already achin though . still made it 2 e top . "smile" . but i'm camera-shy .

the assessment was whn i gt hurt . it was a careless mistake . the One let it pass . everyone passed . very tired n weak aft 14 cant-be-anymore-shorter hrs . all i've gt left is a level one card . with His name . n photos we took . if JJ ever gives them 2 me . >_<
